See the 2026-2027 Pricing Sheet (late cancellation fee is now $50) for details on group verses individual services (Ohio Autism and Jon Peterson Scholarships accepted) and the Seasonal Calendar with numbered weeks indicating weeks of services. Services occur weekly with the exception of holidays and make-up weeks. Biweekly sessions are not available at this time.
*Please note that OT Assistant, Amanda Sinden, will be joining Forestways OT in August and will be the primary therapist for some clients. OTA's are skilled professionals with expertise in treatment and work alongside OT's with expertise in evaluation and assessment. For client's working with Amanda, you will actually get the benefit of two therapists overseeing your child's progress!
Kristen Kirkpatrick, Practice Administrator, will reach out to you individually by the end of July to confirm your child's occupational therapy time for the upcoming season.
