    If you are filling out a request for a specific Event/Trip, then you can complete the Facility/Calendar Request, Event Communications Request, and Registration Request all at the same time if you like.
  • *If you need technology (computer, presentation remote, etc.) for an event, that falls under 'Event Audio/Visual Support Request'

    **If you are church staff using on-site or church owned technology (computers, printers, etc.) for ministry/work related functions and require support and/or service on equipment or software, please use the  "IT Support/Service Request" option. This option is NOT for event related technology needs.

    Only use a recurrence option if this is a regularly occurring event that does not need unique graphics and publicity for each individual meeting. (ex. Quarterly Member's Meeting)

    For special events that occur each year, but have a different theme and graphic each year, consider it a "one-time event". (ex. Women's Christmas Tea)

  • Event/Trip Registration (Online & In-Office)

    For free and/or paid events. Should be used in conjunction with an Event Publicity Request so that we have all necessary details about the event (like name, event date(s), etc.)The questions in this section will be limited to those specifically related to the registration form, but event details are needed for the event description section of the registration.

    For some events there are different types of registration selections needed, and sometimes those different types require different prices. (Example Types of Registrations: 1) Children & 2) Adult; or 1) PreK, 2) Elementary, 3)Volunteer)

  • Online Registration Fees

    There is an approx. 2.15% online processing fee that will be deducted from fees collected online. Please choose which of the following options you would like for your event/trip.
    Information about this fee and its inclusion or addition will be explained to those registering online, and the opportunity will always be available for them to pay in person in the church office to avoid the fee.

    By default, we collect the name, gender, phone, email, and date of birth of each event/trip attendee. Please select any additional information you wish to be collected.

  • IT SUPPORT/SERVICE REQUEST

  • If you chose this option as a part of an Event request, you chose the wrong option. Please go back and choose "Audio/Visual Support" instead. Use of our computers, sound system, network, etc. during an event is part of Audio/Visual. 

    By choosing this option, certain other pages needed for Event Requests are removed so that users aren't filling out more than they need to. You'll need to remove this option from your Event Request Form in order to properly submit your Event Request.

    If you chose this option because you are staff and/or a ministry leader and require support/service/training on church owned equipment/software or personal equipment being used for ministry purposes, you are in tthe right spot!
