Our interview process is designed to help us understand your teaching style and how it aligns with our studio's values. Here's what you can expect:
Application Review: Upon receiving your completed application, our team will review your qualifications and experience.
Video Interview: If your application aligns with our current needs, we'll invite you to a virtual interview to discuss your approach to teaching and answer any questions you may have.
Teaching Audition: Candidates who advance past the video interview will be asked to conduct a short teaching audition. This will give us insight into your instructional methods and how you engage with students.
