Fall 2025 Boats Afloat Show Exhibitor Contract Logo
  • Fall 2025 Boats Afloat Show Exhibitor Contract

Please fill out the exhibitor contract below. After you submit your contract, NYBA will calculate the amount due and invoice your company. Your contract is not considered "accepted" until you have paid the deposit (or full amount due). Be sure to consult the Exhibitor Packet for show rates, badge and ticket information.
  • If you are not a current NYBA member, you can apply for NYBA membership. Note, only marine-related businesses are eligible to be NYBA members. Membership must be approved. You will be billed at the non-member rates, and we will adjust your invoice if your membership is approved.

  • In-Water Exhibitor MAIN SHOW LOCATION: Boat List & Hospitality Floats

Please consult the Exhibitor Packet for full pricing and booth details, then enter your boats on display for the MAIN SHOW LOCATION. You can add or delete boats up until the registration deadline: August 18, 2025.
  • In Water Exhibitor: H.C. HENRY PIER

If you would like to reserve space at H.C. Henry Pier, we request that you list the boats you would like to display below. The NYBA office will then contact you, to confirm the space and pricing. The pricing is based on the size of the slips needed (not the size of the boat, although there are parameters to the overall length and overall beam of the of vessel you may put in the slip). ***Please read the exhibitor packet for full details.*** IF YOUR VESSEL DOES NOT FIT WITHIN THE SLIP, BASED ON THE MAX LENGTH AND MAX BEAM PARAMETERS PUBLISHED IN THE EXHIBITOR PACKET, YOU WILL BE DENIED ENTRY INTO THE SHOW, WITH NO REFUND.
  • H.C. Henry Pier Slip Assignment Policy

We will be reviewing and fulfilling requests for H.C. Henry Pier on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon receipt of your exhibitor contract, our office will contact you to confirm the slips. All exhibitors are subject to the deposit and payment terms outlined in the exhibitor contract.

  • Tickets, Badges and Show Program Space

Please consult the Exhibitor Packet for more information on tickets, badges and the printed show program.
  • Digital Tickets: NEW THIS YEAR! Beginning in Spring 2025, we have moved to an online ticket system for Exhibitor General Admission and VIP tickets. We will send out detailed instructions on how you use the system, closer to the show. If you participated in the Spring 2025 Show, it is the same system.

While there are no physical printed tickets, each exhibitor can redeem (10) General Admission digital tickets and (10) VIP digital tickets free of charge. Beyond that allotment, you can download and share as many tickets as you wish - you will be charged for any additional tickets that are scanned at entry (NEW: Tickets are charged back at $9/ticket, regardless of if they are VIP or General Admission). You will not be charged for any digital tickets that you distribute that are not scanned.

  • Badges: Main Show In-Water Exhibitors receive up to 10 badges. Shoreside Exhibitors receive up to 5 badges. Additional badges are available for $15/badge. Your confirmation email will have a link to the Badge Form; it's also available on the Exhibitor Materials page of the Boats Afloat Show website. NEW: Exhibitors who do not submit their badge form by August 18th will be assessed a $25 fee.

  • Printed Show Program: Reserve space in our attractive printed show program! Full details, including pricing and deadlines, are available in the Exhibitor Packet. If multiple exhibitors request the same ad location (e.g. back cover), ad space allotment will be based on the date/time the contract is submitted and deposit paid, with the first company to submit their contract and deposit securing the ad space.
