  • Boats Afloat Show Badge Form

    Please use this form to provide your staff names for your exhibitor badges. All exhibitors are required to have a badge for entry. These badges are only intended for use by exhibitor staff and vendors. MAIN SHOW IN-WATER Exhibitors receive max (10) badges free of charge. SHORESIDE Exhibitors receive max (5) badges free of charge. H.C. HENRY PIER EXHIBITORS receive max (2) badges per slip, free of charge. Additional badges are now $15/badge. If you are exhibiting in multiple locations you receive the larger allotment free of charge (Example: If you have boats at H.C. Henry Pier AND in the main part of the show, you'd receive (10) badges free of charge)
  • Non-Staff Vendors: For security purposes, EVERY PERSON entering the show will be required to have a badge. If you have a non-staff vendor who will regularly be working your display (for example - captains, host/hostesses, catering services, manufacturer representative, etc), you must include them in your show badge list below. We will not be handing out complimentary badges to these vendors.

    Detailers: All detailers are required to check in at the show office when they arrive. They are required to wear a visible badge while on site (provided by NYBA - these are not a part of your badge allotment). You must provide to us the company name of the detailers that will be working on your behalf, and we will cross check that information when they check-in at the show office.

  • Badge names must be submitted no later than August 18. These are not 'print on demand' - you must provide the information by August 18 so they can be printed in time for the show. If you do not submit your badge form by August 18, you will be assessed a $25 late fee.
