By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I voluntarily agree to participate in the Velox 1 Track event, including all related activities. I understand that this event involves physical exertion and may include inherent risks such as injury, illness, or accidents. I certify that I am physically able to participate and assume full responsibility for my participation. I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, Velox 1 Track, its affiliates, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and any associated venue (including their officers and employees) from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation in the event. I also consent to the use of photos and video footage taken during the event for promotional, media, and commercial purposes. I have read and understand this waiver and agree to its terms. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete a separate consent and waiver form prior to participation.
