  • Enrolment Terms & Conditions:

    Please note: This training course does not lead to the government regulated higher education awards.

    1. Students must submit 100% of all homework/coursework submissions in order to pass this course. In addition to this, students must attend 75% of on-campus classes to be eligible to graduate and receive their Master Practitioner of Holistic Art Therapy certification.

    2. Course Fees and Refunds: The payment plan deposit amount or the full course fee must be paid in full on enrolment. Course fees and part thereof are non-refundable. Students who have paid course fees in full or in part, who are un-enrolled due to failure to submit coursework, or who have a change in circumstance or mind, and wish to discontinue their course, will forfeit their course fee. 

    Payment plan students need to be aware that they will be legally bound to complete their payment plan payments in full even if they have a change in circumstance or mind and wish to discontinue their course. Please talk to us if you need further information or assistance.

    If choosing to pay by Term by Term payment, the first payment must be paid on enrolment and then will be due in the first week of each term and will be set up on a direct debit payment plan.

    If paying weekly/fortnightly, the deposit payment must be paid on enrolment and the subsequent payments commence on the 1st week of the course start date, which will be set up on a direct debit payment plan.

    Students who do not maintain regular payments, will not be able to continue to attend classes or have course work assessed.

    If you would like to pay in full by bank transfer, please see alternate details on this enrollment form and send a copy of the payment receipt to hold your place. Places cannot be held for enrolments submitted without an accompanying payment.

    **Please note: Budgets will have been set in anticipation of the students commitment to the payment plan and because the student has committed to filling a place in the class that cannot be allocated to another student after the commencement of the course, thereby denying the college the ability to recoup the funds through any other means. We will always do our best to assist students to complete the course and may offer alternatives in some extreme circumstances, to assist students in financial difficulty, or unforseen circumstances, however this cannot be guaranteed in all situations. Please talk to us if you need further information or assistance.

    3. Class cancellations: In the very unlikely event that a class needs to be deferred due to circumstances beyond our control, students will be notified by email and through the college's Facebook page immediately and all efforts will be made to return to on-campus classes as soon as possible.

    4. In the event of any circumstances beyond our control which require classes to be cancelled, fees will not be refunded and every effort will be made to deliver the training course via an alternative method. 

    5. Venues: We envisage all classes to be held at the on-capmus location advised. However, sometimes the location may need to change due to various factors outside our control. In the event of this happening we will hold the class in a similar venue  within a reasonable radiace.

    6. In the event that your teacher is unwell and not able to attend class, and no suitable teacher is available to deliver the class, these classes will be made up at another time or delivered via an alternate method. Attendance is required and will count towards final total.       

    7. Any student who uses behaviour that is offensive, upsetting, aggressive or disruptive to the class (in-person or online) may be expelled after two warnings have been issued in writing, outlining the nature of the unsuitable behaviour. If a student is expelled, no refund of any course fees already paid will be available and no graduation certificates will be issued.

    8. While all care and due diligence are taken, please be advised that in the unlikely event that any harm or injury is caused by the practical application of any information or instruction supplied by River & Rose Wellbeing College and their contractors, employees and representatives can accept no liability. Information supplied is not intended to replace medical advice.

    9. This course is not suitable for people who are currently experiencing mental health issues as some activities may cause emotional triggers. In agreeing to these terms and conditions you are stating that you are not aware of any mental health issues and that you are not currently receiving treatment for a mental health issue. 

    10. This course has not been written for people who have a 'non-typical' learning style or a medical condition that may impact their ability to read, write or comprehend the course content. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are stating that you are aware of your own learning abilities and will personally seek any additional support/tutorage that you may require to complete the course.

    11. Please note that this course does not lead to any government-regulated higher education awards as it is an internationally industry-regulated and accredited course. 

    ***Please note: all on-campus classes require minimum numbers to proceed.

    In the event that these numbers have not been reached by the proposed start date, we reserve the right to postpone the start date of the class until such time as we meet this requirement, within a reasonable time frame from the original start date.
