Please read and agree to the following:

1. Medical Emergencies:
In the event of an emergency, I give GotchyaDog permission to seek veterinary care at my expense. Every effort will be made to contact me first.

2. Risk Acknowledgement:
I understand that while all care is taken, GotchyaDog is not liable for any illness, injury, escape, or death that may occur during services.

3. Aggressive Behaviour:
I confirm my dog has not shown any signs of aggression that would pose a danger to humans or other animals. If false, GotchyaDog reserves the right to refuse service.

4. Vaccination & Health:
I confirm my dog is up-to-date with vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses at the time of service.
I give permission for my dog’s photo to be used on social media.I do NOT give permission for photos.
