Mediation Pacific – Training Registration Terms & Conditions
By registering for training with Mediation Pacific, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration & Payment
- Registration must be completed via the official registration form linked via our QR code or provided online.
- Invoices will be issued upon receipt of a completed registration form.
- Payment is due in full no later than five (5) days before the scheduled training date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late registrations (received after the closing date) will be accepted subject to availability and may be invoiced on a shorter notice basis.
2. Attendance & Payment Policy
- Participation in the training is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
- Attendees who register but do not attend and fail to give notice will still be liable for the full training fee.
- Attendees who attend but have not yet paid must settle the invoice within 5 business days after the training date.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to mediationpacific2@gmail.com
- Cancellations made before the registration closing date (5 days prior to the training) will receive a full refund, or may request a credit towards a future training.
- Cancellations made after the registration closing date are non-refundable, due to the costs and preparations already incurred by Mediation Pacific.
- Substitutions (sending someone else in your place) are allowed at no extra charge up until 24 hours before the training.
4. No-Shows
- No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows on the day of training.
5. Training Cancellation by Mediation Pacific
- If the training is cancelled or postponed by Mediation Pacific (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment), registered participants will be given the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future training.
6. Late Payments
- Invoices unpaid after the due date may incur a late fee of 5%, and further participation in Mediation Pacific trainings may be suspended until accounts are settled.
7. Confirmation & Communication
- Once your registration is received, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice within 48 hours.
- Final training details, venue/location, and preparation instructions will be sent via email prior to the event.
