We're looking forward to having you join us for Beach Getaway 2025 from 5-7 December at Wollongong Surf Leisure Resort!
To book your spot, please complete the registration form with all the necessary details.
Campsites include the price for two people but can accommodate up to six people (if you have more than two peeople camping, please add the additional adults and children to your booking).
Please note: only one person per group needs to submit this form.
We'll need the following information:
- Who is completing the form
- What accommodation you are booking
- How many adults and children are coming (for meals)
- Dietary restrictions
- Who is in your accommodation and their emails
- Payment
👉 To select an option in the form, please make sure both the checkbox in the top left corner is ticked and the correct number is chosen in the dropdown menu. If the checkbox is not ticked, the option has not been selected.
To maximise our time together, Wollongong Surf Leisure Resort will be providing a catered hot breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday and a two-course dinner on Saturday night. Please indicate any dietary requirements in the section below (no additional fee for dietary meals).
Lunch on Saturday will not be catered so we can enjoy more free time and activities. A schedule of optional activities will be sent closer to the date.
We have chosen to do catering because it gives us a 50% discount on all accommodation and allows for more shared time together.
If you need to self-cater, you're welcome to book alternative accommodation (either directly with the resort or elsewhere in Wollongong). Please note the church discount will not apply. If you choose this option, please email us so your name is still included on the attendance list for the weekend.
We're excited to spend a weekend away together, growing in faith, worshipping, building community, and celebrating baptisms!
To help us finalise arrangements, please submit your booking promptly. Final participant numbers must be confirmed by Friday, 7 November 2025. Please ensure all names and emails of your group members are listed at the end of the form, as the schedule and further information will be sent to those emails.
