IMPORTANT:

1. You must complete the Custom Packaging Design Submission Form for your order to start.
2. Turnaround is 7–10 business days after we receive a fully completed form and all required files.
3. To ensure a smoother process, please use the same email address you used during payment when filling out the form.

4. Each design package includes one custom packaging design for one product variation (one FNSKU, size, color, design, or dieline size). If you have multiple variations, each will require a separate project.

5. One round of minor revisions is included. Additional revisions are subject to a $35 fee. To help us deliver efficiently, please share all essential files and specific instructions before we start.

Angled shots help us better present your product in the custom packaging design. We will base our work solely on the images you provide, so the more clear and well-angled images you upload, the better we can showcase your product and create visuals that attract buyers.

📸 “High quality image” simply means a high-resolution photo with good lighting. You can achieve this using any modern smartphone by taking the photos outdoors during the day.
