Pre-Application Meeting Request Form
Pre-application meetings (PAM) are held every Wednesday with 20-minute time slots starting at 1:30 pm in the Administrative Conference Room at 175 E. 200 N. Your request will be reviewed and we will contact you with an appointment time. At least one person must attend the meeting in-person. A Good Meet link may be requested for additional attendees.
Development Staff Review is required prior to attending Pre-Application.
