  • Slave Door

  • Are the correct labels present on the door - IFCC & Solidcor labels*
  • Are the overall measurements of the slave door correct, if not record measurements in comments box?*
  • Is the door in good condition and free from damage?*
  • Are all the screws present in the hinges?*
  • Has the slave door got glazing within it?*
  • Has the slave door been fitted with a dropseal and fully functioning?*
  • Has the slave door keep been fitted?*
  • Is the slave door bowed? Measure top to bottom with straight edge. Record any bow in comments box*

  • Master Door

  • Are the correct labels present on the door - IFCC & Solidcor labels*
  • Are the overall measurements of the master door correct? If no, record measurements in comments box.*
  • Is the door in good condition and free from damage*
  • Are all the screws present in the hinges?*
  • Have the lock areas been machined out?*
  • Is the master door bowed? Measure top to bottom with straight edge. Record any bowing in comments box*
  • Has the master door got glazing within it?*
  • If the doorset has got glazing within it, is this the correct glass, free from damage and cracks?*
  • Has the master door been fitted with a dropseal and fully functioning?*

  • IFC Labelling

    Write in the number and take a photo of the IFC Label attached to the door.

  • Accessories

    Are all accessories picked and placed with the double doors prior to handover to Dispatch?

  • Final Check - Approval

  • Has the doorset passed all quality and build requirements - if no, add comments into the below box and escalate to your line manager*
