Xtudio Bike Rental Agreement

This Agreement is made between OOB Realty Group LLC DBA Xtudio ("Xtudio") and the undersigned member ("Renter") as of the date signed below.

Bike Rental Terms

• Rental Fee: $25/month
• Deposit: $100 (held and refunded upon return of the bike in original condition)
• Billing: Rental fees are billed monthly through Stripe's platform.

Bike Condition & Care

• The bike must be kept indoors, away from sunlight, humidity, or other damaging conditions.
• The bike must be maintained in original condition. Normal wear is acceptable, but any damage, neglect, or misuse may result in partial or full loss of deposit.
• The bike remains the property of Xtudio at all times.

 Return Policy

• If a renter wishes to return the bike, they must provide written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
• Pick-up and delivery are currently complimentary but subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Deposit Terms

• The $100 deposit will be held for the duration of the rental period.
• The deposit will be refunded in full within 10 business days of confirmed bike return and condition inspection.

Usage and Streaming

• Xtudio provides virtual indoor cycling sessions via livestream. These are available to all renters but are not part of the rental fee and may be modified or expanded over time.
• Access to these sessions is a complimentary service and subject to change at Xtudio’s discretion.

Modifications and Termination

• Xtudio reserves the right to change rental terms, pricing, and conditions at any time with prior written notice.

• Failure to comply with the terms in this agreement may result in termination of rental privileges and forfeiture of deposit.

Liability and Waiver

• Renter acknowledges responsibility for the safe use of the bike.
• Xtudio is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use, maintenance negligence, or third-party incidents while the bike is in the renter’s possession.
