Sourdough Competition Sign Up
Thank you for your interest in participating in our first Sourdough Competition. Loaves need to be delivered to the Montrose Pavilion in an airtight container no later than noon on Friday Jan. 23. Three judges will taste each loaf and grade on the following criteria: appearance, crumb structure, flavor, crust texture, and your recipe. Loaves must be made with Colorado-grown grains. The top three scorers will receive gift baskets from Colorado Grain Chain. Winner will be announced during our closing reception at 4pm on Saturday Jan. 24.
