  • Training at Green Mountain Academy focuses on progression and competition preparation. Athletes are strongly encouraged to participate in at least one competition. There are multiple opportunities for athletes to compete at home (Stowe or Bolton Valley) and locally in the USASA Northern Vermont Series or IFSA circuit. Athletes may particpate in a Friendly (low-stakes, just for fun comp) to satisfy their competition participation.

  • If you do not have an end of season report from 2024/25, please provide a reference (name and email or phone number) of someone who can speak to the athlete's readiness for higher level training at GMA. The reference should not be a parent. A coach from a different sport and a video of the athlete skiing or snowboarding can substitute for a ski/snowboard coach.
