The renter/organization named above agrees to use the church facilities for the stated purpose only and will ensure all participants act in a respectful and responsible manner. The renter accepts full liability for any injury, damage, theft, or loss that occurs during their use of the facility. The church is not responsible for accidents, personal injury, or property loss.

Renter agrees:

No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed on the premises.
No decorations, tape, staples, or nails to be used on walls without prior approval.
Renter is responsible for setup and cleanup. Facilities must be left in clean and orderly condition.
Any damage or excessive cleaning required will result in loss of deposit and/or additional charges.
Event must end, and building be vacated, by agreed-upon times.
Renter will provide proof of liability insurance if requested.
