Any Mountain Creek passes needed to participate in the club are included in the fees of the program. No additional passes are necessary for purchase. However, if you would like to upgrade your child's pass, receive a discount for a pass already purchased, or purchase a season pass for a family member not participating in the club, please note those requests below. Include a name for each pass upgrade or discount request. See chart below for the related charges/discounts that should be applied to the deposit. Leave blank if no changes to the included passes (good for ski club) are desired.

OPTIONAL: Parent Volunteers (Full Commitment): If you would like to be a parent volunteer, please note that it is a commitment for all 9 trips, and a discount of $1,250 per volunteer will be applied to registration fees. Additionally, as needed for counselor volunteers, season passes will be provided to the parent volunteer. Interested parents are subject to approval based on need.

OPTIONAL: Parent Volunteers (Substitute): Unexpected absences of counselors, lodge coordinators, and/or drivers are possible, though luckily uncommon. It is helpful to have a list of substitute volunteers we can draw upon. If you are comfortable being added to this list, please select the role(s) for which you could be a substitute. In the case of a substitute volunteer being called upon and helping for a session, a prorated volunteer refund will be issued.

Chairlift Policy: Children 9 and older that are Intermediate+ skiers or snowboarders are not required to have a counselor on the chairlift with them. Children that are 9 and older that are new or beginners will need to qualify to be without a counselor on the chairlift. All children ages 7-8 years old will ride on the chairlift with a counselor until they qualify to be without a counselor on the chairlift. To qualify, a child must demonstrate the ability to safely onboard and offboard the chairlift without help, including pulling down and raising the bar. Children under 7 are always required to ride the chairlift with a counselor. Children will be granted greater flexibility to ride the cabriolet at the discretion of the counselor.
Chairlift Exception Request:

Media Release: I grant permission to SnowBound to take photographs and / or video of my child. I grant SnowBound the right to use them in SnowBound's printed and online publicity, end of year photobook, and social media. SnowBound will not note your child's name when using a picture or video.

Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Consent to Act during Medical Emergencies: I certify that my child is in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in ski or snowboard activities. I understand that participation in the program involves physical movement and therefore there are certain risks apparent in the activity, and that skiing and snowboarding are considered high-risk activities due to potential impact at speed and chairlift heights. As the legal parent or guardian, I hereby release and hold harmless SnowBound, INC, the NP Ski Club, the Rains Family, and any affiliated counselors or volunteers from and against any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, harm, cost, damage or injury, that may arise from or relate to my child's participation in SnowBound's ski and snowboard club activities. I agree to provide medical insurance for my child, and if I cannot be reached, I give permission to SnowBound (including the Rains Family, and counselors and volunteers part of the program) to render aid or to act on my behalf to obtain emergency medical treatment for the child(ren) for any illness or injury that may occur while participating in the program.
