🇬🇪🏕 Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni” Summer Camp 2026 Registration Now Open!
We are excited to welcome children to our joyful and enriching Summer Camp this August at the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni” in Toronto!
🔸 Age Group:
Children aged 7 to 14 years are eligible to participate.
🔸 Transportation:
🚌 Daily pickup and drop-off from North York is available.
🔸 Camp Sessions:
Each session runs Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Session 1: August 4–7
Session 2: August 10–14
Session 3: August 17–21
🔸 Activities:
🏀📘 Children will enjoy a variety of educational, creative, and sports activities each day, guided by caring instructors in a safe and welcoming environment.

Provided: Breakfast and light snacks

Summer Camp Terms & Conditions
Tuition & Payment
Full payment of $260 CAD per session is required before the start of each camp week.
Payments may be made by cash, e-transfer, or cheque.
All registration fees are non-refundable once the camp session has begun.
Refund requests submitted before the start of a session may be considered at the sole discretion of the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni.”
If the camp is canceled by the organizer, a refund will be issued for the canceled portion of the program.
Attendance Policy
Consistent daily attendance is encouraged to ensure campers receive the full benefit of the program.
Parents or guardians are asked to notify the Camp Director if a child will be absent.
No refunds or make-up days will be provided for absences due to illness, vacations, or other personal reasons.
The camp may be closed due to statutory holidays, major Orthodox religious holidays, severe weather, public health directives, or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizer. No refunds will be issued for such closures.
Participation Expectations
Campers are expected to participate respectfully in all scheduled activities.
Campers must follow instructions provided by camp staff and volunteers.
Respect toward fellow campers, staff, volunteers, facilities, equipment, and property is expected at all times.
Serious or repeated inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
Code of Conduct
No running, rough play, or unsafe behavior inside the building.
Mobile phones and other electronic devices are not permitted during camp activities unless authorized by staff.
Only water is permitted inside classrooms. Gum, food, candy, and sugary drinks are not allowed.
Parents are asked to support and reinforce a respectful, safe, and clean environment.
Illness Policy
Children who have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or symptoms of a contagious illness must remain at home until they are symptom-free in accordance with current public health recommendations.
If a camper becomes ill during the day, parents or emergency contacts will be notified and must arrange prompt pickup.
Medication & Allergy Policy
Parents must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, medications, and special needs during registration.
Camp staff will administer medication only with written authorization from a parent or legal guardian and only when medication is provided in its original labeled container.
Parents must provide any emergency medications (including EpiPens or inhalers) and ensure camp staff are informed of their proper use.
While reasonable precautions will be taken, the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni” cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Transportation Authorization & Consent
I understand that my child will be transported during Summer Camp by a licensed school bus or other commercially insured vehicle arranged by the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni” for camp-related activities.
I authorize my child to travel under the supervision of camp staff and volunteers.
I acknowledge that transportation involves inherent risks, including traffic accidents, delays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. I understand that the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni” will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all campers.
I agree to release and hold harmless the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni”, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliated organizations from claims arising from transportation, except where prohibited by law or where the injury results from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I authorize camp staff to obtain emergency medical assistance if necessary while my child is being transported.
Campers are expected to remain seated when required, wear seat belts if available, follow the driver’s instructions, and behave respectfully while riding the bus. Failure to comply with transportation safety rules may result in suspension of transportation privileges or dismissal from camp without refund.
Liability Waiver & Medical Consent
Assumption of Risk
By enrolling my child in the Summer Camp at Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni”, I acknowledge that participation in camp activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to sports, recreational games, educational activities, transportation, outdoor activities, and other camp-related events.
While every reasonable effort will be made to provide a safe environment, accidents, injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen events may occur.
Waiver and Release
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and discharge the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni”, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliated organizations from liability arising from my child’s participation in camp activities, except where such liability results from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Medical Authorization
Should my child become ill or injured while participating in camp activities, I authorize camp staff to obtain emergency medical treatment deemed necessary.
This authorization includes, but is not limited to:
First aid
Ambulance transportation
Hospital or urgent care treatment
Diagnostic testing
Medical procedures recommended by licensed healthcare professionals
Responsibility for Medical Expenses
I understand that I remain financially responsible for any medical expenses not covered by provincial health insurance or my private insurance arising from my child’s participation in the camp.
Disclosure of Medical Conditions
I agree to disclose any medical, psychological, emotional, behavioral, developmental, or physical conditions that could affect my child’s safe participation in camp activities.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in dismissal from the program without refund if the safety of the child or others is compromised.
Emergency Contact Information
I certify that the emergency contact information provided on the registration form is current and accurate.
I agree that I or another authorized emergency contact will remain reachable throughout camp hours.
Personal Property
The Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni” is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged clothing, electronics, valuables, or other personal belongings brought to camp.
Parents are encouraged to leave valuable items at home.
Authorized Pick-Up
Children will only be released to parents, legal guardians, or individuals listed on the registration form as authorized for pickup.
Camp staff may request government-issued identification before releasing a child.
Force Majeure
The Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni” shall not be responsible for cancellation, interruption, or modification of camp activities resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government orders, power outages, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Hold Harmless
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni”, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliated organizations from claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from my child’s participation in camp activities, except where prohibited by law.
Media Release & Consent
Photography, Video & Audio Recording
I authorize the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni”, its staff, volunteers, and representatives to photograph, film, and record my child during camp activities.
Use of Media
I grant permission for these images and recordings to be used for educational, historical, promotional, fundraising, and informational purposes, including but not limited to:
Brochures
Flyers
Website
Facebook
Instagram
YouTube
Newsletters
Press releases
Other media publications
No Compensation
I understand that neither I nor my child will receive compensation or royalties for the use of these images or recordings.
Ownership
All photographs, videos, recordings, and related media produced during the Summer Camp remain the exclusive property of the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni.”
Media Opt-Out
Parents wishing to restrict the use of their child’s image must submit a written request before the first day of camp.
Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for camp administration, emergency contact, medical information, communication with parents, and other legitimate camp purposes. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Parent/Guardian Certification
By signing the registration form, I certify that:
I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named on the registration form.
I have the legal authority to consent to my child’s participation in the Summer Camp.
I have carefully read and fully understand these Summer Camp Terms & Conditions, including the Transportation Authorization, Liability Waiver & Medical Consent, and Media Release & Consent.
I voluntarily accept and agree to all terms contained herein and authorize my child’s participation in the Summer Camp operated by the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni.”
I fully understand and agree with the above statements.
