🇬🇪🏕 Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni” Summer Camp 2025 Registration Now Open!
We are excited to welcome children to our joyful and enriching Summer Camp this July at the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni” in Toronto!
🔸 Age Group:
Children aged 8 to 13 years are eligible to participate.
🔸 Transportation:
🚌 Daily pickup and drop-off from North York is available.
🔸 Camp Sessions:
Each session runs Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Session 1: July 7–11
Session 2: July 14–18
Session 3: July 21–25
🔸 Activities:
🏀📘 Children will enjoy a variety of educational, creative, and sports activities each day, guided by caring instructors in a safe and welcoming environment.
🔸 Meals:
Provided: Breakfast and light snacks
To bring: Packed lunch from home
🔸 Cost: 💰 $200 CAD per session (1 week)

Summer Camp Terms & Conditions
Tuition & Payment:
Full payment of $200 CAD per session is required before the start of each week.
Payments can be made by cash, e-transfer, or cheque.
Fees are non-refundable once the session has started unless the camp is canceled by the organizer.
Attendance Policy:
Consistent daily attendance is encouraged for the best experience.
Please notify the camp director in case of absences.
No refunds or make-up days are offered for missed days due to personal reasons.
The camp may be closed on statutory or major Orthodox religious holidays or in the event of extreme weather; no refunds will be issued for such closures.
Participation Expectations:
Campers are expected to participate in all scheduled activities.
Respect for fellow campers, staff, and the facility is required at all times.
Inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
Code of Conduct:
No running or rough play inside the building.
No use of mobile phones during camp activities.
Only water is allowed inside classrooms—no gum, food, or sugary drinks.
Parents are asked to support a clean, respectful environment.
Liability Waiver & Medical Consent
By enrolling my child in the Summer Camp at Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni”, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, understand and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in camp activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to outdoor sports, transportation, recreational games, and educational activities. I understand that while every effort will be made to provide a safe environment, injuries or accidents may still occur.
Waiver and Release
I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni”, its directors, officers, staff, volunteers, contractors, and affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages, including but not limited to bodily injury, personal injury, property damage, illness (including COVID-19 or other communicable diseases), or death that may result from my child’s participation in camp activities.
Medical Authorization
In the event of illness or injury while my child is under the care of the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni” Summer Camp, I authorize the camp staff to obtain emergency medical treatment deemed necessary for the health and well-being of my child. This includes, but is not limited to, first aid, transport to a hospital or urgent care facility, diagnostic procedures, and treatment recommended by licensed medical personnel.
Responsibility for Expenses
I understand and agree that I am financially responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result of any injury or illness sustained during my child’s participation in the program, regardless of whether the incident occurred under supervision or not.
Disclosure of Medical Conditions
I agree to disclose any medical, psychological, or behavioral conditions that may affect my child’s ability to participate safely in camp activities. I understand that failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in my child’s dismissal from the program without refund.
Emergency Contacts
I confirm that I have provided accurate and up-to-date emergency contact information on the registration form, and that I or an authorized guardian will be reachable during camp hours.
Hold Harmless Clause
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni” and its staff from any claims, costs, or liabilities incurred in connection with my child’s participation in the camp.
Media Release & Consent
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby grant full permission to the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni”, its representatives, staff, and affiliated media personnel to:
Photography, Video, and Audio Recording
Capture and record photographs, video footage, and/or audio recordings of my child during camp sessions, activities, performances, and events.
Usage Rights
Use these photographs, videos, and recordings for promotional, educational, archival, and informational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in:
Brochures and flyers
Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Website content
Newsletters
Press releases and media coverage
No Compensation
I understand and agree that my child will not receive compensation, royalties, or any form of remuneration for the use of such media.
Ownership of Media
I agree that all photographs, recordings, and related media content created during the Summer Camp are the sole and exclusive property of the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni”.
Media Restrictions
If I wish to restrict media usage (e.g., exclude social media), I will submit a written request prior to the start of the camp.
By signing the registration form, I confirm that I have read and fully understood both the Liability Waiver & Medical Consent and the Media Release & Consent sections. I voluntarily agree to all terms and authorize my child’s participation in the Summer Camp hosted by the Georgian Cultural Center “Iverioni”.
I fully understand and agree with the above statements.
