OPERATION SYKES is a dynamic one-day training course designed to equip participants with practical self-defense skills inspired by Special Forces tactical training. Designed and taught by US Army Green Berets, this program focuses on building personal resilience, situational awareness, and effective defensive techniques.

Participants will develop confidence through hands-on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction, learning practical techniques that can be applied regardless of size or strength. Our curriculum emphasizes de-escalation strategies, threat assessment, and community-building through shared training experiences.
