LXD is a logistics and recruiting company that helps connect students in difficult socioeconomic situations with independent drivers who provide transportation to and from school. All drivers are independent contractors, not employees of LXD. Drivers are compensated based on the mileage of the assigned route, not by the number of students transported. For example, compensation remains the same whether one or three students travel 15 miles.* This field is required.

Mileage is calculated from the first student pick-up to the final drop-off. Compensation does not include the distance a driver travels to reach the first pick-up or to return home after the final drop-off.* This field is required.

We work with an independent platform that provides the driver application used to complete routes. The app functions similarly to a rideshare app, guiding drivers to pick-up and drop-off locations. However, unlike rideshare work, our assignments involve long-term transportation, with drivers typically assigned to the same students for the entire school year to promote consistency and trust.* This field is required.
