BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY
I acknowledge that:

A $100 deposit is required to secure all On The Move Gymnastics party bookings. This deposit confirms your spot and also acts as equipment insurance for the duration of your event.

Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable if the booking is cancelled with at least 14 days' notice.
Equipment Coverage: The deposit covers potential damage or loss of gymnastics equipment during the session. If any equipment is damaged, lost, or mishandled, the deposit will not be refunded.
Return Process: If all equipment is returned in good condition (verified the afternoon of the booking), the full deposit will be refunded on the evening of the event.

Acknowledgement of Risks

I, the undersigned, am the parent/legal guardian of the child named below, who will be participating in a gymnastics session hosted by On The Move Gymnastics, operated by Kate Napier.

I understand that:
- Gymnastics involves physical activity that may result in injury (e.g., bruises, sprains, fractures).
- All reasonable care and supervision will be taken, but accidents can happen.
I agree to:
- Release and hold harmless On The Move Gymnastics, its staff and owner from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm.
- Authorise basic first aid or emergency medical care if required.
- Ensure my child listens to the coach and follows safety instructions.
- Inform the coach of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the session.
I acknowledge that the gymnastics session may involve other children in attendance (e.g., friends or party guests), and I take full responsibility for ensuring that all children participating have obtained their parent or guardian’s consent to engage in this activity.I understand and agree that On The Move Gymnastics, its owner and staff are not responsible for obtaining individual waivers for each child. I release On The Move Gymnastics from all liability for injuries or damages arising from participation by any child attending under my supervision and consent.I confirm that I have informed the parents/guardians of all participating children that gymnastics involves physical activity with inherent risks.I confirm I have obtained consent for all participating children and accept full responsibility for their participation.
