Get ready for one of San Antonio’s hottest events of the year — the San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization BBQ Cook-Off & Car Show! This IBCA-sanctioned event brings together the best BBQ teams, classic cars, live music, and family fun — all benefiting a great cause!

🔥 BBQ Cook-Off
Only 32 cooking teams will be accepted — sign up early to compete for bragging rights and cash prizes! Categories include:
🍗 Chicken • 🍖 Ribs • 🥩 Brisket • 🫘 Beans
🏆 Cash & Prizes: $4,000 Total!

🚗 Car Show (10 AM – 2 PM)
Show off your classic, custom, or modern ride and take part in one of San Antonio’s favorite community car shows!

Thank you for your interest in being a Marketplace vendor at San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization (SAHPOO) Barbecue Cookoff and Car Show. The event will takes place at San Antonio Shrine Auditorium located at 901 N. Loop 1604, San Antonio, Texas 78232. San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization (SAHPOO) Barbecue Cookoff and Car Show will feature a barbecue cookoff, music, great food, arts & crafts, and fun for the entire family. 
 
Eligible vendors must be approved by organizers. The Marketplace area of the event is outdoors.

• Booth Fee: $200.00 for a 10' x 10' space. Electricity is available but limited. Vendors must provide their own extension cord. Vendors must provide their own chairs, tables and pop up tent no larger than 10' x 10'.

VENDOR AGREEMENT

I {vendorName} agree to be an Marketplace vendor at San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization (SAHPOO) Barbecue Cookoff and Car Show in the area assigned to me.  

FURTHERMORE,

• All fees are due when submitting your application. If you are receiving this application, you have been tentatively approved. No cancellations will be accepted after January 15, 2026.
  
  
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization (SAHPOO) Barbecue Cookoff and Car Show, the San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization, and the San Antonio Shrine Auditorium and the staffs and boards of these organizations against any claim or action of any cause. Security for the area will be provided, however, neither San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization (SAHPOO) Barbecue Cookoff and Car Show, the San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization, and the San Antonio Shrine Auditorium are liable for loss, theft, or damage.
  
  
• I will submit a list of items to be sold and three (3) photos of my work or booth to San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization (SAHPOO) Barbecue Cookoff and Car Show for consideration. San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization (SAHPOO) Barbecue Cookoff and Car Show reserves the right to restrict vendors and items to prevent the excessive repetition of items sold. San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization (SAHPOO) Barbecue Cookoff and Car Show also reserves the right to reject any vendors who misrepresent their work in photos.
  
  
• I understand that San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization (SAHPOO) Barbecue Cookoff and Car Show has the right to refuse rental or booth space for any reason.
  
  
• I understand that vendors who have exhibited at past events are not pre-juried for this one. I understand it is my responsibility to provide my own additional tables, chairs, display items, and extensions cords needed for my area. I understand I am responsible for charging and paying state taxes. I understand that I must abide by the following set up time constraints:
  
  
  • Set up: Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 7:00 am to 10:00 am
  • No vehicles are allowed on site after 10:00 am Saturday. Please remove your vehicle by this time. 
  • Tear down: Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 10:00 pm
  • Your space must be vacated by 10:00 pm following the conclusion of the event.
    
    
• I understand that it is my responsibility to return the area in and around my booth to the same or better condition than when I arrived.
  
  
• Any violation of this agreement will permit the immediate termination of this agreement and forfeiture of any booth rental fees. San Antonio Hispanic Police Officers Organization (SAHPOO) Barbecue Cookoff and Car Show reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave the premises if this contract is violated by the vendor.
