    The Miss Hub City 2026 titleholders will advance on to compete at Miss South Dakota 2026 May 28 - 30, 2026 in Brookings, SD.
  • Thank you for your interest in the Miss South Dakota and Miss America Organizations. We are excited to have you part of our family! Please fill out the form below to officially register to compete for Miss Hub City happening Sept 13th and 14th. Registration closes September 7th, 2025.

  • MISS Division: Ages 18–28 | TEEN Division: Ages 14–18 

    If you’re 18 years old, you may choose to compete in either division—but once you’ve selected one, you cannot switch later.


    Important Eligibility Information:

    • To compete in the Miss Division, you must not be older than 27 on the first day of your State Competition.

    • To compete in the Teen Division, you must be at least 14 years old on the first day of your State Competition.

    • If you’re 18 years old, you may choose to compete in either division—but once you’ve selected one, you cannot switch later.

    Club America membership is $49.99 per year and will automatically renew annually unless you cancel. All payments are processed securely with bank-level encryption to protect your information.

     

    Additional Notes for Teen Applicants:

    If you select the Teen Division, be sure to indicate whether the contestant is 17 or younger— this ensures the correct delegate agreement is sent to the applicant and/or their parent or guardian.

    Once you complete the membership application, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps, helpful resources, and access to our exclusive membership community.

    (Note, if you have competed at Miss Siouxland, Miss State Fair or Miss USD this year (2025) you DO NOT need to fill this out again! 

      

    Step 2.

    Following THIS registraion form, you will recieve an email from Miss America with the delegate agreement.

The agreement will be sent to you via email and will prompt you through its completion. The document will be in a digital format, should you not see it in your inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder. NOTHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AT THIS TIME FOR THAS REGISTRATION. Please continue filling out this form to finish registration. 

     

    Step 3.

    Once you have joined the Miss America Opportunity and completed your Delegate Agreement to compete for a Miss America Local competition. You will receive an email from Miss America with Your Personalized Spot Fund sign-up link.

    You are required to raise $30 for each local competition you compete in for the 2025//2026 season.

    On-Stage Quesiton and Interview:

    You will participate in a private 10-minute interview as well as answer one on-stage question during the show. For these portions, please wear a business or business casual outfit of your choice.

     

    Fitness:

    You’ll compete in the on-stage fitness portion, so get ready to confidently rock your Red Rebel athletic wear and showcase your strength and stage presence!

    Opening number:

    Please bring a gold outfit of your choice for the opening number. This can be a cocktail dress, jumpsuit, blouse with pants or a skirt—whatever makes you feel confident and stage-ready!

     

    Headshot:
    Please be prepare a professional, vertical headshot. This will be asked for when submitting official paperwork.

    Silent Auction Basket:

    Please prepare a silent auction basket filled with goodies of your choosing. It can represent you, be donated by sponsors, or be filled with any goodies of your choosing.

  • Miss Hub City Official Registration

  • There is a $50 local competition fee to officially register to compete at the Miss Hub City Local Competition. Please make this payment via Venmo to Kaitlin O'Neill (Miss Hub City Executive Director). 

     

    You can also bring a $50 check at the time of the event.
