Cana’s Feast is renowned for its dedication to crafting wines that celebrate both tradition and innovation, drawing inspiration from Italian and French varietals while showcasing the unique terroir of the Pacific Northwest. Their wines are designed to bring people together, fostering community and conversation around the table.
Throughout the evening, Patrick from Cana’s Feast will guide us through each pairing, sharing insights into the winemaking process and the stories behind each bottle. Chef CJ’s menu will highlight local, seasonal ingredients, creating harmonious pairings that enhance the flavors of both the food and the wine.
