You’ll upload your documents via our secure web form, embedded on a private, password-protected page of our website.

✅ Uploaded files are automatically stored in secure, access-restricted cloud storage.
✅ Only your assigned consultant can access your documents, with two-factor authentication required.

📎 Please upload your documents in PDF or JPEG format only. Your digital passport photo must be JPEG and under 9MB.

⚠️ The scans you are providing now are for checking purposes only. You will still be required to send your physical documents, including your passport, to the Irish Passport Office once your application has been completed.

These must be two different documents and in PDF, JPG, or JPEG format. Ensure all scans or photos are clear and in colour.

Scan or take a clear colour photo of your Passport from another country or your driver’s licence. Must be in PDF, JPG, or JPEG format.

Upload a recent colour passport-style photo in JPEG format (max 9MB).
