This agreement is between Bellitas Hair (Stylist) and the Client for bridal hair services on the
Services & Pricing
Consultation + Trial: $100
Wedding Day Bridal Hair: $150
Bridesmaids / Additional Adults: $120 per person
Flower Girl: $75
Deposit & Payments
A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required to secure your wedding date. The retainer will be applied toward final balance. Accepted payments:
Cash, Venmo, Zelle,or Card through Square booking system.
Travel Fee
A flat $100 on- location travel fee applies to weddings outside of Santa Maria,CA and covers San Luis Obispo County to Santa Barbara Counties.
Client Responsibilities
Arrive with clean, dry hair unless instructed otherwise. Provide a clean, well-lit space with access to
an outlet. Communicate any allergies or sensitivities. Inform Stylist of any schedule or location
changes ASAP.
Stylist Responsibilities
Provide professional, high-quality services. Arrive on time. Use professional products and tools.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes to services must be communicated as soon as possible. Deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding are responsable for the remaining balance in full payment.
Emergency Clause
If the Stylist is unable to perform services due to an emergency, a replacement will be
recommended if possible. If not, all payments will be refunded.
Photo Release
Photos may be taken for portfolio/social media unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
Liability
The Stylist is not responsible for reactions due to allergies or conditions not disclosed prior to the services
