Prepayment is mandatory and is an essential part of the registration process. Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment (spots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis).

In accordance with the conditions, cancellations are still possible until Monday, October 5th 2026 at 6pm, with a full refund.

Incomplete payments or registrations submitted without proof of payment will not be considered valid.
