Has the contractor completed the Contractor Information Form and been issued with and read a copy of the Rules for Contractors?
Has the contractor supplied appropriate Risk Assessment(s) and Method Statements(s) and have those working for the contractor been given a copy and read them?
Have all contractor site personnel signed in at the site office, issued with contractor passes, and know that they must also sign out?
Have the site emergency procedures, any site hazards and restricted zones and fire safety and evacuation plans been explained to the site personnel?
Has the contractor been informed of any Safe Working Practices or Risk Assessments relating to their work area?
Has the contractor been given a copy of the Scouts Yellow Card Safeguarding Code of Practice, and read and understood it?
If the answer is No to any of the above questions, the job must not proceed.
Is the work area clean and tidy prior to commencement of the job?
