It is understood that Noble Man Services assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to this vehicle or its contents due to theft, fire, or any other cause while the vehicle is in its possession. Furthermore, Noble Man Services is not liable for any damage that may occur during road testing. Authorization is hereby granted for all necessary labor and materials, and an express mechanic’s lien is acknowledged to secure payment. Permission is also granted to operate this vehicle on public streets or roads for the purpose of testing and inspection.
Any warranties on the products and/or parts sold are those provided by the manufacturer. Noble Man Services expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Noble Man Services neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume any liability on its behalf in connection with the sale of said products.
A storage fee of $20 per day will be charged starting 72 hours after notification of completion of repairs. This fee will be applied retroactively to the date of notification. Additionally, Noble Man Services reserves the right to initiate a mechanic’s lien if the vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of notification.
I have read, understood, and accept all provisions outlined above, including the Disclaimer of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranty, Storage Fees, and Mechanic’s Lien policy of Noble Man Services.
