Tenant Consent and Acknowledgment
By submitting this form, I confirm and agree as follows:
1. As part of Brent Council’s efforts to enhance water management and sustainability, your apartment has been equipped with a smart water management system provided by WINT-WI UK Limited (“WINT”).
2. I consent to WINT creating a user account on my behalf using the information provided by me in this form, and linking that account to the WINT system installed in my apartment.
3. I consent to WINT using my personal information (including my full name, phone number, email address, and apartment number) for the purposes of creating and managing my user account, providing customer support, and enabling the functionality of the WINT system in my apartment.
4. I acknowledge and agree that WINT may contact me via phone, email, or other electronic means in connection with the operation of the WINT system, the services it provides, and any support or updates related to my user account.
5. I understand that WINT is not a party to my tenancy agreement and that its services are provided under an arrangement with the property owner and/or manager.
6. I confirm that I have read and agree to be bound by WINT’s Terms of Use available at https://wint.ai/customer-terms-and-conditions/ and Privacy Policy available at https://wint.ai/privacy-policy/, which govern the use of WINT’s services and explain how my personal information will be used and protected.
