We are currently hiring CDL Class B Trash Truck Drivers to join our waste management team. This is a hands-on, physically active job that requires safe and efficient operation of commercial vehicles to collect and transport waste and recycling materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a rear-load trash truck or other commercial waste vehicles
- Collect refuse and recycling from residential, commercial, or construction sites
- Ensure safe and proper loading and unloading of waste materials
- Assist with basic truck maintenance checks and daily inspections
- Adhere to all DOT and company safety protocols
- Communicate with dispatch and supervisors as needed
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class B License
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in all weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Rear loader experience is a plus
- Prior experience in waste management or route driving preferred
- Familiarity with local routes and regulations is helpful
