**Rules and Regulations for IBCA Cook-Off**
- 1. This is an International Bar-B-Que Cookers Assoc. Sanctioned BBQ Cook- off. IBCA Contest Rules will apply. See rules at: https://ibcabbq.org/organization-documents
- 2. You do not have to be a member of IBCA to cook.
- 3. Regular arrival & set-up is Friday, November 15 (9am). For Thursday arrival contact promoter.
- 4. Deadline for entry is 6:00pm Friday (at Head Cook’s Meeting) if space still available. 30x40 Spaces – There will be 60 spaces with water and electric ($30 per night) primitive cook spaces are available also (no charge). Vehicles and other equipment may not exceed the boundary of the contestant’s assigned space. All other vehicles must park in the designated guest parking area.
- 5. Head Cook will be responsible for the conduct of his/her team & guests. The excessive use of alcoholic beverages shall be grounds for disqualification. Under no circumstances are alcoholic beverages to be sold to the General Public or given to a MINOR.
- 6. It is the responsibility of the BBQ cooking team to keep their area clean and to make sure it is left clean following the contest (PLEASE). Each team is responsible for bagging and disposing of their trash into the trash cans provided.
- 7. If you have a DJ or Band, respect your neighbors. If you have large amps or speakers, please keep them turned in towards your spot.
- 8. Quiet time from 12am – 7am, Please

Friday: November 15
4:00-6:00pm - Tray Pick-up, additional Tray pick up 9:00am-10:00am Saturday
6:00pm - Head Cook’s Meeting
Saturday: November 16
10:00am – Beans (must be cooked on site)
11:00am – Open Meat (must be prepared on site)
12:00pm – Chicken (1 fully jointed chicken half- to include breast, wing, thigh, drumstick)
1:30pm – Pork Spareribs (8 individual cut pork spare ribs)
3:00pm – Brisket (8 full slices of brisket)
