    We are a busy and growing company looking for the right candidate to grow with us. You will handle client accounts, perform light administrative duties, and provide front-line support to customers, vendors, and internal staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage client accounts, invoicing, and light bookkeeping
    • Perform daily clerical and administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)
    • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop
    • Support Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable functions
    • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
    • Assist in maintaining organized office systems and processes
    • Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
    • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks Desktop experience
    • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and general accounting principles
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to confidentiality

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Accounts Receivable / Payable
    • Prior experience in an office or clerical environment
    • Familiarity with small business operations

    Schedule Options:

    • 4-hour or 8-hour shifts
    • Day shift only (Monday through Friday)
    • Flexible hours within 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
