If you have Bookkeeping experience, are proficient with QuickBooks (Desktop version) and Microsoft Excel, and pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service, this may be the role for YOU!
We are a busy and growing company looking for the right candidate to grow with us. You will handle client accounts, perform light administrative duties, and provide front-line support to customers, vendors, and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts, invoicing, and light bookkeeping
- Perform daily clerical and administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop
- Support Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable functions
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist in maintaining organized office systems and processes
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks Desktop experience
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and general accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Accounts Receivable / Payable
- Prior experience in an office or clerical environment
- Familiarity with small business operations
Schedule Options:
- 4-hour or 8-hour shifts
- Day shift only (Monday through Friday)
- Flexible hours within 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
