We are seeking experienced and motivated Hardscapers to join our landscape and construction crews. This role involves installing and maintaining a wide range of outdoor structures and surfaces, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features. Ideal candidates will be dependable, physically capable, and skilled in working with stone, brick, concrete, and other materials.

Responsibilities:
- Install hardscape elements such as pavers, retaining walls, stone features, and walkways
- Read and interpret blueprints or site plans to ensure accurate project layout
- Operate hand tools and power tools such as saws, compactors, and levels
- Grade and prepare work areas for base materials and installations
- Mix and pour concrete as needed
- Assist in setting forms and laying materials precisely
- Work efficiently as part of a team in outdoor conditions
- Follow safety procedures and job site protocols at all times
Requirements:
- Previous hardscaping or landscape construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and layout techniques
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean felony background
