  • Vendor Participation Overview

  • How It Works:

    • Vendor rents a customizable boutique space within Be Still.
    • Vendor receives a unique Vendor ID used for all merchandise tags (with item description and price).
    • Customers shop freely across all vendor spaces.
    • At checkout, Be Still staff enter each item’s Vendor ID, description, and price into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
    • Vendors access an online portal to track inventory and daily sales. Monthly, Be Still issues a check for net sales: Total Monthly Sales – (Next Month’s Rent + Applicable Fees).
  • Terms of Agreement

    • This Agreement is effective upon signature and shall remain in force on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

If rent is not paid in full by the due date—regardless of sales activity— this may result in suspension of vendor access and potential termination of this agreement, at Be Still’s discretion.
