Vendor Agreement
  • Vendor Agreement

    Be Still 4610 – A Christian Boutique
  • This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between

Be Still 4610, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Be Still”),

    and

    the undersigned vendor (“Vendor”).

  • Purpose and Mission

Be Still 4610 is more than a retail boutique — it is a Christian community and Kingdom marketplace. Operating through a vendor partnership model, Be Still 4610 brings together Christian-owned businesses and creatives within a shared platform designed to foster faith, creativity, and collaboration.

This turnkey retail and online marketplace experience is intentionally reserved for Christian-owned businesses whose products and practices align with the biblical foundation of Psalm 46:10 and the values of peace, integrity, and stewardship. Through commerce and community, Be Still 4610 exists to create space for rest, purpose, and Kingdom impact.

  • Vendor Participation Overview

  • How It Works:

    • Vendors partner with Be Still 4610 by placing approved products within a designated boutique space or through the online marketplace, depending on their vendor tier.

    • Each vendor is assigned a unique Vendor ID, which is used to identify all merchandise, including item description and pricing.

    • Customers are free to shop throughout the boutique and online marketplace, selecting products from multiple vendors.

    • At checkout, Be Still 4610 staff processes each item through the Point of Sale (POS) system using the vendor’s assigned Vendor ID.

    • Vendors receive access to sales reporting through Be Still 4610’s vendor management system to track inventory and sales activity.

    • Vendor sales are calculated monthly, and payments are issued in accordance with the agreed disbursement schedule, after deducting applicable rent and fees, if any.

  • Terms of Agreement

    • This Agreement is effective upon signature and shall remain in force on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
    • Space Rental Fee: Vendor agrees to pay a monthly rental fee of $200 - $400+, due on the 1st of each month. If rent is not paid in full by the due date—regardless of sales activity— this may result in suspension of vendor access and potential termination of this agreement, at Be Still’s discretion.
    • Commission & Fees: A detailed breakdown of processing, maintenance, and administrative fees is outlined in the Payment, Commission, and Fees section.
  • Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors partnering with Be Still 4610 must operate as Christian-owned businesses and offer products that align with the mission, values, and faith-centered standards of Be Still 4610.
