Culinary Demo Scheduling
One of the many ways that Food Strong cultivates food sovereignty in the greater Cleveland / Northeast Ohio area is through offering INTERACTIVE culinary demos for our community! In these classes, we offer interactive, hands-on culinary experiences for smaller groups (up to 20 learners) and live cooking demonstrations for larger groups (more than 20 people). In all of our classes, participants will learn news ways that fresh foods are both medicine for the body and delicious! Demos are typically one hour in duration and are scheduled based on availability of Food Strong staff and partners. Cost of culinary demo will vary depending on the variety of services detailed below. We look forward to cooking with you!!
Services include:
Set up, implementation, and break down of demo staging
Travel to and from the event location
Purchase of all ingredients for predetermined recipe
Serving utensils required for tasting - as needed by the recipe
Compilation, printing, and distribution of recipes including nutritional information
Assisting with event promotion (upon request only)
