Aspinwall's Big Night Out - 2026 Community Organizations Registration

Non-Profit Organizations and Community Groups are invited to participate at no charge.
Aspinwall's Big Night Out will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026 from 6-9pm on the Aspinwall Baseball Fields. Expected attendance is around 1,500 adults and children.

Gates will open at 2:00 pm for your organization's move-in. Set-up must be complete and all vehicles off of the field by 5:30 pm.

Please bring: tent (stakes or weights required), table, chairs

Aspinwall Neighbors has once again partnered with PRC to host a Zero Waste Event. A “Zero Waste Event” aims to reduce event waste holistically, including purchasing, usage, and disposal of resources before, during, and after an event. We are strongly encouraging the use of reusable, recyclable, and compostable materials at Aspinwall’s Big Night Out and appreciate your support. If you have any questions or need help identifying activities that meet our zero-waste goals, please do not hesitate to ask!

All participants are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs and tents. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide electricity. If you would like information on rentals available, please email jonnett@aspinwallneighbors.org.

I understand that no vending is permitted on-site unless explicitly approved by Aspinwall Neighbors in advance as part of a fundraiser benefiting Aspinwall Neighbors
Free raffles are highly encouraged over paid entries.
I understand that I will need to bring my own table, chairs and/or tent. I understand I will not have access to electricity.
Rentals may be available for an additional fee. Email sarah@aspinwallneighbors.org if interested in pricing options.
