Compensation: This is a per-service position.
Musician per-service rates for 2025-2026 are:
- Concertmaster: $187/service
- Mileage: Current mileage rate based on Indiana Department of Administration
- Per Diem: $10/day
- Housing: Includes complimentary lodging if required
- Up to 27 total services per season: 21 Rehearsals + 6 Performances
