MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
Recognizing the importance of developing and strengthening a statewide forum of organizations dedicated to serving Deaf/Hard of hearing and Deaf Blind people, and being aware of the need to provide effective advocacies for all individuals, we hereby agree that in order to maintain good standing within the Coalition:

We, and our invited guests:

Will show tolerance for the widely varying perspectives of member organizations, even those that may be in opposition with our own.

Will act in a respectful manner that promotes collaboration and assumes positive intent by all member organizations.

Will resolve conflicts with other members through private discussions with the goal of conflict resolution.

If the conflict cannot be resolved between two or more member organizations privately, mediation by Coalition Executive Board Members may be requested.

Will not use Social Media to air concerns about or denigrate another member organization.

Will be responsible for the conduct of our invited guests.

Will commit to active participation in the Coalition.
