Note that donation funds cannot be used for any other purpose than described here, once the donation application has been appoved. If the project does not go ahead, the funds must be returned to Magic Valley Mall Customer Service Center.

The Magic Valley Mall provides a limited number of gift cards for donation each year. Limited to one gift card per organization per year. We paologize that we cannot honor all requests and that we cannot make cash donations. Mall gift cards are good at most stores and resturants accepting the Mastercard Network on Magic Valley Mall property. Cards Do Not Expire.

In making the application for donation to Magic Valley Mall, I agree, as or on behalf of the applicant, that the funds requested will only be used for the porpose described, and that if the funds are not so used, they will be returned immediately to Magic Valley Mall. I further agree that as or on behalf of the applicant I will ensure that the elements are achieved.
