Preschool Annual Plan:

One Entree, One Fruit, One Veggie, Drink - $895 (Appx $5.26/day)

K - 5th Annual Plan:

One Entree, One Fruit, One Veggie/Side, Drink - $1,000 (Appx $5.88/day)

6th - 12th Annual Plan Selection:

Tier 1 - One Entree, One Side, Water - $1,225 (Appx $7.20/day)Tier 1+ - One Entree, One Side, Upgraded Beverage - $1,400 (Appx $8.23/day)Tier 2 - One Entree, Two Sides, Water - $1,315 (Appx $7.73/day)Tier 2+ - One Entree, Two Sides, Upgraded Beverage - $1,490 (Appx. $8.76/day)

I understand my incidental account will be billed in monthly installments through the end of the school year. If you prefer to be billed in full, please email ronwest@mastersacademy.org.
I am eligible for a maximum of 5 credits per semester for missed meals. I am responsible for requesting credits through the designated form. The deadline for submitting the credit form is the last full day of lunch service in the school year.
I can drop out of the meal plan at any time by informing Ron West by email (ronwest@mastersacademy.org). Charges for the meal plan will be prorated through the day I provide notice. Any meals after that date will be charged to my acccount at full price.
No credits are issued for unexpected campus closures (e.g. hurricane days).
