  • Click on the plan of your choice below (billed evenly throughout school year):

    • I understand my incidental account will be billed in monthly installments through the end of the school year. If you prefer to be billed in full, please email ronwest@mastersacademy.org.
    • I am eligible for a maximum of 5 credits per semester for missed meals. I am responsible for requesting credits through the designated form. The deadline for submitting the credit form is the last full day of lunch service in the school year.
    • I can drop out of the meal plan at any time by informing Ron West by email (ronwest@mastersacademy.org). Charges for the meal plan will be prorated through the day I provide notice. Any meals after that date will be charged to my acccount at full price.
    • No credits are issued for unexpected campus closures (e.g. hurricane days).
