  • The State of Nevada requires all vendors selling tangible goods more than twice in a twelve month period to have a NV Sales & Use Tax (SUT) Number. For additional information, please click here.

  • General Vendor Application Information:

    1. This is an application and does NOT guarantee you are in the show
    2. We will reach out within 14 business days to let you know if you have been accepted into the show. 
    3. Payment: A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email & payment must be received 72hrs before the first scheduled move in day. Online payment is only accepted & must be in full.
    4. Forklift Service: The vendor coordinator will coordinate forklift service ahead of move in, based off your selection up above. If not preordered before move in, please contact Dee Smalls and service may be available, but not guaranteed. 
    5. Sales Tax: The State of Nevada requires all vendors selling tangible goods more than twice in a 12month period to have a NV Sales & Use Tax (SUT) Number. ALL EXHIBITORS are required to turn in the fully completed Sales Tax Form at the end of the show. It is the exhibitors responsibility to submit their sales tax payment to the State of Nevada.
