ANBF Terms and Conditions
In consideration of my application and intent to compete in the 2025 ANBF Monster Mash Pro/Am, I agree to the following terms and conditions. I acknowledge that the ANBF is a registered LLC in the state of North Carolina and that all disputes shall be governed under the laws of North Carolina and Forsyth County, North Carolina.

Drug Testing & Compliance
- I understand that participation is restricted to athletes who have not used anabolic steroids, growth hormones, diuretics, or any other banned performance-enhancing substances within the past seven (7) years.
- I agree to submit to VAST Drug Screening in accordance with ANBF's banned substance list.
- Failure to comply with the testing process, refusal to be tested, or a failed test will result in immediate disqualification.
- All decisions made by the ANBF and the event promoter regarding failed drug tests and screenings are final.
Media Rights & Event Footage
- I acknowledge and agree that the ANBF and the event promoter (Begic Productions Inc) retain full rights to any and all photos and videos collected at the event by promoters, staff, or vendors, including but not limited to photographers, videographers, freelancers, and live streamers
- These media assets may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes by the ANBF and the event promoter without compensation to the competitor.
Liability Waiver & Risk Acknowledgment
- I understand that competing in a bodybuilding event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, dehydration, and exposure to communicable illnesses.
- I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release the ANBF, its officers, directors, event promoters, Begic Productions Inc., staff, and affiliates from any claims or liability arising from my participation in the event.
Agreement to Terms
- By signing this document, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies set forth by the ANBF and the event promoter.
- I understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification, forfeiture of awards, and potential future competition bans.

By participating in the 2025 ANBF Monster Mash Pro/Am, I accept these conditions and the associated risks of attending and competing in the event.
RELEASE STATEMENT

I acknowledge that participating in this athletic event, sanctioned by the American Natural Bodybuilding Federation (ANBF), is an extreme test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of athletes, and lack of hydration. I hereby assume all the risks of participating in this ANBF event. I understand that liability may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this ANBF event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, Release, and Discharge from any and all liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me, including traveling to and from this event, the ANBF, Begic Productions Inc, their directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents, the event holders, sponsors, and volunteers; (B) Indemnify and hold harmless the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise.

Drug Policy and Testing

Athletes must not have used any anabolic steroids, diuretics, prescription drugs, or other banned substances for athletic purposes for a minimum of seven (7) years prior to the date of this event. Failure to sign any liability, drug-testing, or any other release form or waiver associated with this event, or testing positive in drug tests, will result in the forfeiture of the right to participate, receive prize money, and loss of ANBF eligibility. All athletes will be polygraph tested, and prize money winners will be urine tested immediately after they come off stage.

No Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is not allowed on the venue - this is a zero-tolerance policy: competitors caught with alcohol containers will be removed and disqualified from competing. Competitors may also be banned from future events as well.
