-Payment Due:
Your full payment reserves your spot on my calendar, gives me the green light to start baking and confirms your pickup/delivery date. Your payment allows me to grab your perfect cutters, sprinkles, and packaging— win-win for both of us!
- Refunds:
I’m happy to offer full refunds up to 7 days before your scheduled pickup. After that point, any refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be for the full amount—this depends on factors like supplies already purchased or if baking and decorating have begun. I truly appreciate your understanding!
- Delivery Clause:
All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option if you live within 15 miles of the pick-up location with an additional fee of $10! I love a good drive (bonus if that drive is past a Dunkin).
- Pickup Dates and Times:
Delivery and pickup times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! I have bulk pickup dates to accommodate most schedules - so put that cookie pickup in your calendar (I'll send you a calendar invite)! You'll receive the pickup address 1 day before pickup. 🍪🚗
- Fresh is best, but life happens!
I know that emergencies come up and plans can shift. If you’ve already made your payment and need to reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup—I’m happy to freeze your cookies for up to 1 week. If I haven’t heard from you within 24 hours after your pickup time, your cookies will be donated to a local family in need (because no cookie deserves to be lonely).
- Change Cutoff:
Decisions are tough! But i’m here to help.
Order changes can be made until 7 days before pickup/delivery. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.
- Inspiration:
Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures!
They're just that - inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas - i’ll try to keep it close.
- In a hurry?
While I can’t guarantee availability for last-minute orders, I’ll do my best to make it happen! Orders needed in less than 14 days require a $20 miracle fee to cover the rush.
- Product Photography.
Say Cookie! I often recreate client sets to snap a few sweet photos of the finished product—because these cookies deserve their moment to shine! If you’d prefer your order stays out of the spotlight, just let me know when you place it. Your cookie secrets are safe with me.
- Pictures are worth a thousand words.
But they're not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. Also - cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, l'd frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 in cookie)
- Eenie Meenie… Order Minimums.
(Okay, it doesn’t rhyme—baking’s more my thing than poetry.)
All custom orders require a minimum of one dozen cookies. Need fewer? Keep an eye on my Facebook page for popup sales and smaller sets!
- It’s All Yours Now!
Once you’ve picked up your order (thank you again!), your cookies are officially in your care. Keep them cool and dry—away from humidity, curious pets, and absolutely out of the fridge.
- No Ghosts, Please (I spook easily).
To make your cookies just right, I’ll need you to reply to messages within 8 hours—otherwise, I might have to wing it. Got a question for me? Give me up to 6 hours to respond—chances are, I’m covered in dough!
- Allergies?
Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. Most of my cookies contain eggs, wheat and nuts.
- In Sickness and in Health:
While cookies are made to be enjoyed, consuming any food carries some inherent risks. Choking hazards, foodborne illness, and allergic reactions are possible—though we do our best to keep those risks minimal and far from your cookie experience.
- Baker Backup Plan
In the rare event that I become ill or experience an emergency that prevents me from completing your order on time, I’ll notify you as soon as possible. You’ll have the option to:
1. Reschedule your order for a later date, if timing allows
2. Receive a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible
