- If you’re wanting a soloist to perform accompanied by backing tracks please refer to our “LUXE” packages for a price guide and get in touch for a custom quote.
LUXE Packages

Inclusions:

✔ Musicians dress to your event's theme. Glamorous style briefs and colour schemes can be accommodated or the musicians can wear long black evening dresses/pant suit equivalent and tuxes or black suit, white shirt and black straight tie.

✔ Musicians use matching ipad stands.

✔ Musicians are in place no less than 30 min before they’re due to start playing (this allows for a brief soundcheck if musicians are being amplified).
- Arrival times earlier than 30 min prior will be charged at $55 + gst per person per hour.
✔ Up to 3 special song requests (wedding/funeral clients only).
- While most song requests can be included at no extra cost, some requests may incur additional charges.
- Backing track bookings (see “ADD ONS” below) include 1 custom song request at no extra cost.
- Additional custom song requests can be purchased (see “ADD ONS” below).

Adds ons are purchased seperately. We'll be in touch 8 weeks prior to your event, at which point you can select add ons. The cost will be added to your final balance.

BACKING TRACKS

Piano, guitar or electro-pop style backings

Background Music

Additional fee: $250 + gst.
- "LUXE" packages only.
- 1hr only for ensemble bookings.
- For crowds of up to 100, this fee includes the supply of a speaker for backing tracks.
- Ensembles of two or more people would play without amplification (unless hiring our Electric package - see below).
- For crowds of more than 100, this would require a sound professional (along with the supply of speakers, microphones, mixing desk) and musicians would be amplified.
- You can also choose this option for crowds smaller than 100.
ELECTRIC INSTRUMENTS

Background Music

Additional fee: $250 + gst.
- “LUXE” Duo and Trio packages only and subject to availability.
- For crowds of up to 100 people, this fee includes the supply of a speaker.
- For crowds of more than 100 or Electric Trio bookings, this would require a sound professional (along with the supply of speakers, microphones, mixing desk).
Feature Spots

Additional fee: $250 + gst.
- Subject to availability.

Unaccompanied ensembles $50 + gst per song

Please note that venues more than 45 minutes from the CBD incur a travel loading of $55+ GST per player, per hour of travel. This will be added to your balance invoice.
6. Accept Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
A deposit is required to confirm your booking.

This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment of this deposit secures your booking and indicates your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

For engagements of more than 1 hour, a 10-15 min break is required each hour after the
first hour.

After the 2nd hour, light refreshments are required.
For engagements of more than 3 hours or which require the artists to be onsite for
more than 3 hours, meals for each artist are required.

Also required are:

- Armless chairs for each artist.
- A secure area for the artists’ personal items, instruments and equipment.
- Protection from the elements for the artists, their instruments and equipment.
- Artists, their instruments and equipment can not be exposed to full sun, extreme heat or cold or the slightest amount of rain/dampness.
- Artists are not obliged to perform outdoors in temperatures above 40 degrees C or below 15 degrees C.
- In these circumstances an indoor alternative will need to be arranged.

For engagements held more than 45 min outside of the CBD, an additional travel fee of $55 + gst per person per hour of travel applies.

Payment in full is required 4 weeks prior to the event.

If cancellations are made 4 weeks or less before the event this payment is non refundable.

If payment is not received 4 weeks prior to the event the booking becomes void and the artists will be released from the engagement.

Event start/finish times and client requests/requirements are to be finalised at the time of the initial booking.

We cannot guarantee the ability to accommodate requests/changes after this time.

Any changes made to the event 4 weeks or less before an event which result in artists being
canceled or replaced will incur a 100% cancellation fee for each artist canceled, in addition to the additional fee for any artists hired as replacements.

Overtime is charged at time and a half perf 15min increments after a 5 min grace period, however, we cannot guarantee the ability for artists to stay longer than the agreed finish time and artists are not obliged to.

In the event that any part of these terms and conditions are not adhered to, resulting in
circumstances deemed, by the artists to be detrimental to their safety, their instruments
and equipment and/or their ability to perform the required task, artists are not obliged to
perform.

Our artists reserve the right to refuse to perform in environments/conditions which can reasonably be deemed unsafe.

- Musicians use matching ipad stands.
- Musicians are in place no less than 30 min before they’re due to start playing (this allows for a brief soundcheck if musicians are being amplified).

- Solo bookings allow for the selection of a specific artist within our team.

For string ensemble background music bookings, selection of specific individuals from within
our team is not offered.

If you have a preference for a particular artist to be part of the ensemble we’ll happily take this into consideration when hiring the musicians but their inclusion is not guaranteed.

We can’t accommodate requests to supply individual bios/profiles of artists for string
ensemble bookings but can do so for Luxe package solo bookings.
In the likely event that a solo artist becomes unavoidably unavailable for a booked
engagement we’ll liaise with you to find an appropriate replacement or refund your deposit

Weddings

Special song requests need to be finalised 4 weeks prior to your date. We can’t guarantee special requests made less than 4 weeks prior.

Our services do not include attending wedding rehearsals or in person meetings but can include phone calls for clients who have booked our services. You can read more about this on our FAQs page.
