GPRA Sponsor/Vendor Form

Spend the weekend at the rodeo providing the attendees with your products and services. Each vendor gets a 10x10 space and electric is available. Vendor spaces are FREE! All we ask is for a donation of a silent auction item. This can be a product or certificate for service. 

Ribbons are given for those that place in each event. You can sponsor ribbons for ## events. A total of ## ribbons. Touch the lives of more contestants who cherish and display their ribbons with pride.   

With the Commercial Member Sponsorship, your company becomes an actual member of the GPRA and receives year-round visibility at all of our events, not just the rodeo. You can assign a member of your organization to participate in membership meetings representing your company. Additionally, you will get a monthly post on GPRA social media, a banner in the arena, and recognition at our monthly events around the state of Oklahoma. 

 The Bronze Level rodeo sponsorship provides for general needs of the rodeo including rental of the arena facilities, stock contractor, lodging for IGRA staff and officials, meeting space rental, awards, and associated expenses. In all, an additional $30,000 is required to put on a quality event. The bronze sponsorship will include recognition during the event each day, one buckle sponsorship, recognition/presentation of buckle at the awards ceremony, and an arena banner.  

 The Silver Level rodeo sponsorship provides for general needs of the rodeo including rental of the arena facilities, stock contractor, lodging for IGRA staff and officials, meeting space rental, awards, and associated expenses. In all, an additional $30,000 is required to put on a quality event. The silver sponsorship will include recognition during the event each day, two buckle sponsorships, recognition/presentation of buckles at the awards ceremony, and an arena banner.  

 The Gold Level rodeo sponsorship provides for general needs of the rodeo including rental of the arena facilities, stock contractor, lodging for IGRA staff and officials, meeting space rental, awards, and associated expenses. In all, an additional $30,000 is required to put on a quality event. The gold sponsorship will include recognition during the event each day, four buckle and five ribbon sponsorships, recognition/presentation of buckle at the awards ceremony, and an arena banner.  

 The Platinum Level rodeo sponsorship is the highest level of sponsorship and provides for general needs of the rodeo including rental of the arena facilities, stock contractor, lodging for IGRA staff and officials, meeting space rental, awards, and associated expenses. In addition to having you or your companies' logo on all printed, web, and social media, the platinum sponsorship will have arena chute banners provided listing the sponsor as the platinum level sponsor. In addition, the sponsor will receive recognition during the event each day, six buckle sponsorships, ten ribbon sponsorships, and recognition/ presentation of buckles/ribbons at the awards ceremony,
