APPLICATION FOR COURSE DEFERMENT
Before completing this deferment form, please read the following carefully:
1. This form is applicable for students who have signed the student contract.
2. You are required to complete this form if you request to defer the course or module.
3. You are required to give one-month notice for the deferment. The college will notify you of the outcome of your application.
4. You are only allow to defer your course to next cohort only.
5. You will continue to pay course fees as per student contract.
6. An administration fee of SGD100 applies for all applications.
7. The college will process the application within four weeks upon its receipt.
8. Signing a new contract or issuing an addendum to the existing contract when a course deferment request has been approved.
