    If your showtime is within the next 24 hours, please note that our refund policy prohibits refunding or reimbursing tickets after the showing date has passed. Submitting a refund request via this form does not guarantee that your refund will be processed on the same day. To ensure we are able to support any refund requests for showtimes within the next 24 hours, please call us during regular business hours (Noon-10pm daily) at 503.844.0891.

    You will need your Booking Reference Number handy, which is the 7-digit code beginning with "W" that you received in your confirmation email.

    Please note: all refunds will return to the original form of payment at the ticket price dollar amount. Booking fees paid for online tickets are non-refundable.
