  • Welcome to Stanford in Bloom 2025 – A Celebration of Flowers, Community & Creativity

In 2024, the village of Stanford proudly hosted the first-ever Stanford in Bloom Festival, in partnership with the Chelsea Flowers in Stanford exhibition, sponsored by Grootbos. 18,000 visitors came to experience the charm of our town and the beauty of the festival.

Now, with South Africa winning Gold at the 2025 RHS Chelsea Flower Show for its stunning fynbos display by Leon Kluge and Tristan Woudberg, the stage is set for an even more exciting year.

This year’s Stanford in Bloom will bring together the best of what the region has to offer—markets, music, food experiences, special events, and a brand-new landscaping exhibition featuring VIP judges. The theme is flowers, plants, and gardening, and we invite vendors to embrace this spirit with creative, themed offerings.

For vendors, this is more than just a market—it’s a chance to:

    • Be part of a highly anticipated, two-week celebration in the heart of Stanford.
    • Connect with thousands of visitors looking for unique products, quality food, and memorable experiences.
    • Showcase your brand in a vibrant, family-friendly, and creatively charged environment.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Stanford’s heritage charm, this festival offers vendors a unique platform to grow, engage, and thrive.

Join us for a blooming fantastic experience—we’d love to have you with us!

  • This category is intended for vendors who will prepare and sell hot, ready-to-eat food, as well as those wishing to sell alcoholic beverages at the event. This section is open to all and will form part of our Stanford in Bloom Market.

We are seeking passionate and high-quality food and liquor vendors to contribute to an exciting culinary experience for our visitors. Whether you serve delicious street food, gourmet treats, craft beverages, or locally produced wines, we welcome vendors who can offer flavour, quality, and a memorable experience.

    Important Information for Vendors

As this is a long-duration market, we recognize that vendors will have different needs, time constraints, and operational setups—including options such as food trucks, individual tents, or tables within a shared tented space.

Due to these varied requirements, registration and commission fees for food and liquor vendors will be discussed and agreed upon individually, based on space needs, availability, and the nature of your setup.

Please indicate your preferences and requirements in the form, and a member of our team will reach out to coordinate the best arrangement.

  • Note: if you have trouble filling out the form online, a harcopy is available at Stanford Tourism office or Opwipwinkel Deur Antjies - both located on Queen Victoria Street in Stanford.

If you have your gazebo, table, or display set up, indicate the space required for setup.

    • The more detail you provide, the better we can tailor our services to meet your needs and offer accurate pricing.
